Nicole Draperies has been in business over 30 years and is owned by husband and wife, Alain and Nicole.When you make a purchase you are dealing directly with the owners, from the first phone call right through the decision making, selling, measuring, production and installation. There are no commissioned sales people!
A typical sale would start with Nicole speaking to the customer and finding out what they are looking for, and the look they are trying to achieve. We encourage clients to make an appointment and come to our showroom with some pictures of their rooms and any current colours so we can get a better visual. We recommend that you bring approximate measurements of your windows also and we will be happy to give you an estimate. We carry hundreds of sample books from the most popular suppliers and we also have drapery displays which showcase the different styles and pleats available. If you are in the market for blinds we carry a large selection from many suppliers in a wide price range.
If you would like to proceed we would set up an appointment to come out to your home and measure. During an in-home consultation, we will measure the window(s) and finalize the style and fabric for the window covering and choose the appropriate drapery hardware. Our recommendations will be made based on furniture, décor, paint colour and window type.
All of our draperies and Romans are custom made in our own workroom by experienced specialists. Our in-house installer has been installing for Nicole Draperies for many years and is competent, careful and trustworthy!
